Admissions & Marketing Manager - 4 days a week
The Admissions & Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing the school’s growth strategy. This dual role involves managing the marketing funnel to generate leads and personally guiding prospective families through the admissions process to meet enrollment and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Digital Growth
Content & Branding: Centralize the collection of photo/video content; create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, banners) and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Digital Ecosystem: Manage website updates, SEO strategy, and CRM integration, using Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.
Lead Nurturing: Design automated email "drip" campaigns and newsletters to engage prospective and returning families.
Event Leadership: Organize and lead promotional events and Open Houses to drive recruitment and community awareness.
Social Media: Oversee all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
2. Admissions
Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on all website inquiries, managing the pipeline from initial contact to confirmed enrollment.
On-Site Engagement: Coordinate and lead school tours, Virtual Info Sessions, and Admissions meetings.
Events: Plan and execute major recruitment events, including Open Houses (logistics, reminder calls, program planning, and team briefing).
Family Retention: Collaborate with the Head of School to monitor returning families and implement initiatives to increase school attractiveness.
3. Data, Reporting & Back-Office
Enrollment Tracking: Maintain the "Masterfile" and admissions folders; ensure all required documentation is collected and organized.
Systems Management: Manage the admissions through FACTS (application/enrollment packets) and Calendly for scheduling.
Reporting: Present weekly dashboards (trends, and enrollment numbers) to management and the Board.
Financial Aid Coordination: Synchronize with the finance department to ensure enrollment decisions align with financial aid allocations.
