Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Promotion & Admissions

  • On-Site Engagement: Coordinate and lead school tours, Virtual Info Sessions, and Admissions meetings.

  • Events: Plan and execute major recruitment events, including Open Houses (logistics, reminder calls, program planning, and team briefing).

  • Family Retention: Collaborate with the Head of School to monitor returning families and implement initiatives to increase school attractiveness.

2. Marketing & Strategic Promotion

  • Digital Ecosystem: Manage website updates, SEO strategy, and CRM integration, using Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.

  • Lead Nurturing: Design automated email "drip" campaigns and newsletters to engage prospective and returning families.

  • Event Leadership: Organize and lead promotional events and Open Houses to drive recruitment and community awareness.

  • Social Media: Oversee all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
