The French American Academy, bilingual school PK -12 in New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Head of School to join our dynamic team. The Executive Assistant supports administratively the Head of School in her daily organization and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including managing the Head of School’s calendar, travel, correspondence, and administrative and operational documents.
Coordinate meetings and events such as family engagement activities, grade-level meetings, school Council with PTO Officers and staff lunches.
Oversee and coordinate special projects and
Maintain policies and records.
Manage the school store, t-shirt distribution, and sibling gift program.
Support HR functions, including on boarding, staff appreciation initiatives, and professional development coordination.
Provide translation of documents when needed

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with professionalism and positivity.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
